Using Teamviewer for remote support/collaboration

If you haven’t already done so, Use the link below to download the Teamviewer executable file (2.7 MB)

Once you have downloaded the executable file, save it to be used every time you use Teamviewer

To use Teamviewer, you should first be connected to the internet and then perform the steps below;

Double click on the file that you have downloaded and click ‘Run’ if asked to, you should see the screen below;

Select ‘Run’ and click ‘Next’

Check the button as shown below and click ‘Next’;

Teamviewer should now be running, You should now see the screen below;

Once you (partner A) and your remote support partner (partner B) both have started Teamviewer and can both see the screen above, then partner A can give their session ID (to be used without spaces) and password to partner B, so that partner B can access your desktop remotely or vice versa.
